Privacy

We collect only what you choose to give us, mainly your name, company and email when you book a Growth Audit or ask us to send you a read. We use it to reply to you and prepare for a conversation. We do not sell it, and we do not share it beyond what is needed to do those things.

Information you provide: when you book or get in touch, we receive the details you enter, typically your name, company, email, and whatever you choose to tell us about your business.

A theme preference: the site remembers whether you prefer light or dark mode by storing a single value in your browser. It stays on your device and is not tracking.

Basic technical information your browser sends with any web request, such as general location and device type, which we do not currently store or analyse.

To respond to you, to schedule and prepare for a Growth Audit, and to follow up on a conversation you have started. That is the whole of it. We do not build advertising profiles and we do not sell data.

The assistant on this site runs in your browser. The short conversation you have with it is not sent to a server or stored anywhere unless you decide to share your details with us. If you do choose to share them, they are treated exactly like any other enquiry described here.

We do not rent or sell your information. To actually run a call, your details may pass through the tools we use to schedule and correspond, for example a calendar or email provider, and only for that purpose. If we introduce any such tool, we keep it to what the task genuinely needs.

We keep this minimal. The site does not currently run third-party advertising or analytics trackers. If we add privacy-respecting analytics in future, we will note it here first.

You can ask us to show you what you have shared, correct it, or delete it. Email us and we will handle it promptly.

If we change how we handle information, we will update the date at the top of this page.
